What will our food look like in the future? Can we learn from the past?
These were the main questions a group of food designers are addressing in a DDW exhibition in Eindhoven’s Sectie-C this week.
The world is changing fast, with a fast-growing population that has to be fed in healthy and in environmentally sustainable ways. So we have to look at our food supplies and resources in a different way.
The exhibition was an idea of the Eindhoven Museum.
