Bicycle storage on 18 Septemberplein brightened up with graffiti as well
The entrances to the bicycle parking under the 18 Septemberplein are being taken care of by artists.
It is part of the Tunnelvisie (tunnel vision) project of the municipality. In that project, various tunnels in Eindhoven are being tackled with the aim of making them more accessible. Tunnels, viaducts and the like are seen by many people as dark, uncomfortable or unsafe and this project must change that.

For example, the viaduct at the Noord Brabantlaan was already tackled this summer and now the entrances to the bicycle parking are next. Both the entrances to the bicycle parking will be brightened up, but not simultaneously. This way the bicycle parking can remain in use.
