More than 70 national and international artists will perform during Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven this year. These include Alex Vargas, Lefto ad The Fresh & Onlys.
There is an especially large line-up in the dance, folk, hip-hop and indie genres. Five designers, including Joost van Bleiswijk, are responsible for the stage decor. The shows will be at various locations, including the Effenaar, The Student Hotel, De Oude Rechtbank, Altstad and the TAC.
Visitors can also see the future of music with exhibitions and workshops. On Ketelhuisplein, music can be experienced in a different way. There will be experiments with sound in the DDW Music Lab and workshops will be given about the new developments and technology in music.
Dutch Design Week 2017 is from 21 to 29 October.
