Yesterday, the first day van the Foodstock Festival on the TU/e-terrain was very well attended. The good waether on Ascension Day meant there were long queues at the food trucks. This is the third edition of this culinary festival, which runs until Sunday.
Dozens of food trucks are gathered on the TU/e terrain. Together, they form a huge restaurant with buffet-style dining. The difference is that diners need to have quite a lot of patience to receive these culinary delights.
There are a total of 34 food trucks. The Eindhoven edition of this food festival is open from 14:00 every day until Sunday. Today and tomorrow, it closes at midnight and on Sunday at 22:00.
After the Eindhoven edition, the Foodstock Festival goes to nine other cities, mainly in the Brabant area.
