A fire broke out on the roof of the Humanitas building on the Zernikestraat Wednesday afternoon.
Firefighters evacuated the property before removing part of the roof to bring the flames under control.
The Salvage Foundation (Stichting Salvage), which offers aid in the event of fire on behalf of insurance companies, has been called to oversee damage control.
