The police apprehanded a 39-year old man on Saturday after an attempted burglary earlier that day. This was according to Eindhovens Dagblad.
The police deployed a helicopter to search for the man that was caught in the act by the resident of the house he tried to burgle. At about 4.45 PM the resident heard a noise at the back of his house. When he went to check it out, he saw a man running away. He immediately called 112.
The suspect was arrested in his own home after the search, which wasn’t far from the scene of the crime. The man has been detained, pending further investigation.
