Firefighters were called to a large fire in the Oirschotse Heide forest late on Wednesday afternoon.
The blaze, which spread over an area of 80,000sq meters, broke out around quarter to five.
The flames were brought under control in a matter of minutes by firefighters, with cleanup expected to take some time.
