Three cars collided on Beukenlaan this afternoon. Two people were injured in the accident and were taken to hospital.
The accident occurred shortly after noon and was a rear end collision. How the accident happened is not clear.
A woman suffered neck injuries, and another landed hard on her steering wheel and sustained head injuries. Both were taken to hospital. A man in the front car also had problems with his neck. He was checked by paramedics at the scene but did not need to be taken to hospital.
A salvage company removed the cars.
