The man that was arrested earlier in the week for the assault of a woman in her home, is suspected of committing more sexual offences.
Since mid-October women were pestered by a flasher on a regular basis, especially in the Henri Dunantpark area. The man sometimes confronted his victims in front of the windows of their houses, but he also approached them on the street.
The police have received dozens of reports about this man, but the actual number of incidents are probably much higher because not everyone warned the police.
After the reported cases were investigated, the 26-year-old from Eindhoven emerged as a suspect.
