At the junction of the Dr. Berlagelaan and Barrierweg this morning, two cars crashed head-on against each together. Two people were injured and have been taken to the hospital, a third person was checked by paramedics and fortunately had no injuries.

The cause of the accident was probably a priority error. A car and a van collided head-on, resulting in a total loss of both vehicles.

Accidents happen frequently at the intersection of the Berlagelaan and Barrierweg, since the traffic lights were taken away.
