There will be a new festival in Eindhoven next weekend: the ‘Nazomerfeesten’ (After Summer Party). Following Fiesta del Sol and the ‘Jazzdagen’ (Jazz Days), another festival is being organized in the Station Quarter.
On 5 and 6 September Dommelstraat and Stationsplein are going to be brimming with music. While sitting at one of the pavement cafés, visitors can enjoy the music on two outdoor stages by 100% Absent (Funk), La Garçon (R & B, Funk), Vince Irie (Reggae, Rock), Stuart Mavis (Pop), Sarah Jane (Soul) and DIEDE (Pop).
The musicians will be performing from 19:00 to 23:00 on Saturday and from 13:00 to 19:00 on Sunday. In the same weekend the Effenaar organizes the festival ‘Brandend Zand’ (Burning Sand) in its garden at the Dommelstraat.
