The construction of ‘The Student Hotel’ at the corner of the Stationsplein will be officially launched next Monday. The hotel should be completed in 2017 and is going to be a meeting place for young talent in the centre of Eindhoven.
The new building will have 400 rooms and the period one can stay there varies from one night to one year or two semesters. Facilities will include: an auditorium, a laundromat and a gym.
Despite its name, the hotel is not only intended for students. Its founders consider it to be an ideal place for freelancers, summer school students and expats as well.
