Two Eindhoven youths aged 16 and 19 were arrested on suspicion of assaulting a woman and a girl. One of the victims suffered a broken nose.
The foursome stood talking with each other on the Gildelaan. When the 15-year-old girl and 22-year-old woman wanted to leave, they were beaten by one of the Eindhoven boys. The woman had taken a few hard blows to the head which broke her nose. The girl was kicked against her legs by the boys.
Then, the two suspects drove off by car. Warned officers saw the vehicle on Venuslaan where both men were apprehended. They are now retained for further investigation into the abuse.
