The housing market in Eindhoven and surroundings shows some signs of recovery.
The situation has somewhat improved, after quite a few years of crisis. According to Chris van Rhoon, of the Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents in the area of South East Brabant, the main reason is the increase in consumers’ confidence and trust.
The recovery is especially noticed in the following Eindhoven areas: the Schrijversbuurt, the Vonderkwartier and the Witte Dorp. This information is also confirmed by Pascal Vermeer, of the Slippens-Vermeer real estate agency.
