The A2 highway between Leenderheide junction and exit 34, Valkenswaard direction Maastricht, will be temporarily closed for traffic this weekend. This according to Rijkswaterstaat, the Infrastructure and Environment Ministry.
The maintenance work will be done on the asphalt layer of the highway from 12 June, 2015 through 15 June, 2015.
Traffic from Eindhoven to Maastricht will be diverted to the A67 and A73 highways. This will result in an extra travel time of up to 25 minutes. The highway will be closed from Friday, 12 June at 23:00 hrs and will reopen to traffic on Monday morning, 15 June at 05:00 hrs.
