Eindhoven did it again! We are the hottest place in the country. According to several weather sites, including weeronline, we were the first Dutch city to reach 20 degrees centigrade this year.
A temperature of 20.1 degrees was measured at 13:30 this afternoon. Almost simultaneously, it was 20 degrees in Maastricht as well.
Lots of people were enjoying the sun at the sidewalk cafes in the city. At the Markt, for instance, hardly any empty tables could be found this afternoon.
The temperature may reach 22 degrees in Eindhoven today.
