With the arrival of the asylum seekers, dance school Funk-R had to leave the Orangerie. It has now relocated to the Ukkelstraat.
"We had been surrounded with negativity and many members left", says owner Resa Samangun. "That is regrettable, of course, but at the new location our members will receive proper dance lessons again."
"We had many setbacks last October, which had us in a negative vortex. In spite of everything, we have had to fight hard to get out."
The official opening of the new building at the Ukkelstraat will take place soon.
