Swimmer Joeri Verlinden will start his training in Eindhoven from now on. Together with his new coach Kees Robbertsen he will continue building his sports career in this city.
Verlinden is a specialist at the butterfly stroke. He broke the contract with his former coach almost three weeks ago, due to diappointing results and health issues. Verlinden used to train in Amsterdam, but will now start training with his new coach at the Pieter van den Hoogenband swimming stadium.
Here Verlinden hopes to become a well rounded swimmer and to qualify for the WC next year in Kazan, and the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
