During the long dark days in winter, it is important your bike is properly illuminated. That is exactly what 850 Eindhoven elementary school students will learn on ‘Reflection Day’ on December 1st.
Students from ten primary schools will receive guest lectures, reflecting jackets, bracelets and stickers. The idea is to drive home the safety issue.
To encourage this, there is a special team in the next few months to take pictures of the students. The student who is most visible will win a prize. ‘Reflection Day’ is part of the nationwide bike campaign which begins annually in November and runs through January.
