Suspension looming for accused ex-lawyer from Waalre

The former Waalrese lawyer, Marcel Senders, must submit the files in a criminal case against him within two weeks to the Dean of the Bar Association. If he does not he will be suspended for four weeks. This has been determinded by the disciplinary court in Den Bosch.

Marcel Senders has been sued for bankruptcy fraud. Dean Henk van Dijk has demanded the criminal file from the accused ex-lawyer, however he refused to submit it. Senders believes that the Dean is biased and conducting a smear campaign.

The board of discipline considers that the opinion of the ex-lawyer about the Dean does not matter and that he is obliged to send the files.

Marcel S. is mostly known for having been shot at in his home last year and his office in Waalre was a site for arson. Since then he has been under heavy guard.
