Two chickens were slaughtered at the Genneperpark by animal abusers. The animal police have reported this on twitter.
The chickens were decapitated, impaled and dismembered. The dead animals were found by a supervisor near the ‘Paddenpoel’, the toad pond.
The animal police reported that there was also a beheaded duck found earlier this week.
It is unclear as to who is responsible for slaying the animals. It is also not yet known where the chickens came from. Police are asking anyone with information to please come forward.
