Police in the Eindhoven region have announced fireworks inspections. Possessing or letting off fireworks will be strictly monitored during the whole month of December.
A person who gets caught while transporting, selling or storing illegal fireworks will get a hefty fine.
Saturday 28, Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 December are the only days on which people can buy legal fireworks.
