Dozens of police, tax authority, building corporation and unemployment office staff are organizing a large-scale inspection in Tongelre today.
They check illegal constructions, benefit fraud, illegal room rental, outstanding fines and compulsory schooling.
It is the second time in five months an inspection is taking place in Tongelre. The first time, ‘t Hofke was mainly concerned; it is going to be rechecked today. Today’s focus is on Muschberg and Geestenberg.
Houses and business premises are visited and areas checked. Also, traffic entering and leaving the neighbourhood is inspected.
