Eindhoven based company PILLO has launched a game controller in the shape of a pillow. With this pillow, it is made possible for children and adults with a mental or physical challenge to play games on a gamecomputer.
A regular controller is hard to manage for this group of people, because it is difficult for them to control their bodies to execute special maneuvers. It is often required to use more buttons than one at the same time and that is where the difficulty starts.
With the new controller, players only have to press the pillow and then release it to execute a maneuver. The pillow will be used in care facilities and cannot yet be found in shops.
