It looks like a modern fairy tale: a singer puts movies online, a drummer sees her and seeks direct contact. Together they begin to search for additional musicians to form a band. But not just any band, but smart, sexy, musical and cheerful one! The singer is called Diede Claesen, the drummer Mark Vrolings and the band Ape Not Mice.
The birth of Ape not Mice took place three years ago. Ape not Mice emerged as real live band and played at festivals like Paaspop and Black Cross and numerous clubs including 013, Effenaar and Tivoli. This modest triumph did not go unnoticed in Hilversum. The band was invited by Giel, Radio 6 and TROS.
