Tuna Ciudad de Luz is a student association from the Technical University Eindhoven. Founded in 1964, it is the oldest Tuna outside Spain and Portugal. A Tuna consists of students who, besides studying, also make Spanish folk music. In Spain almost every university has a Tuna-group; sometimes there is a Tuna for every faculty! That a Dutch university like TU/e has a Tuna-group is very unique. What started as a joke from a couple of students became a respected and successful student association. On Friday, 26 April 2013, the Tuna Ciudad de Luz will be playing at the OudeRechtbank.
