EINDHOVEN – The city council fears the top ranking of Eindhoven in Algemeen Dagblad’s crime index.
The past two years, the city ranked 6th, but as a result of recent violent incidents in January, Eindhoven might end up with a higher ranking this year.Three years ago, Eindhoven ranked at the top of the AD Crime index, but the City was able to lower its ranking by making several policy changes. As a result, Eindhoven ‘only’ ranked 6th the last two years. But this is not enough for Mayor Van Gijzel: “I’m not satisfied.”Source: Omroep Brabant
