EINDHOVEN – The large P+R parking lot on the Noord-Brabantlaan, at the exit of the highway towards Eindhoven, was opened festively on Saturday, October 20. Since Sunday 21 October you can park your car there for three euros per day only and then for 0.50 euro per person you can travel downtown with public transport.
Every 5 to 10 minutes, buses are going to the city centre. P+R Meerhoven has 231 parking spaces, 12 disability parking spaces and 18 bus spaces. Two parking spaces are equipped with a charging point for electric cars.Also, there will be a P+R Kiosk, where travellers can eat, drink or use the toilet.
