EINDHOVEN – Last week the police cashed over 25.000 euros in outstanding fines. Therefore, a special campaign was held in Woensel.
In five days, 211 addresses were visited. More than 60 people paid their fines and thus a sum of over 25.000 euros was raised.Besides the money 15 vehicles were also seized by the officers. Five people have been arrested e.g. because they had a prison punishment outstanding and at two addresses cannabis was found.The police carries out such campaigns with a certain regularity.
