UTRECHT – The Utrecht company &Samhoud wants to recover the ransom that the company paid this spring to the kidnappers of Nayati Moodliar (13) from Son en Breugel from Nayati’s parents. The father of the kidnapped boy was working then for the company. The organization has paid the ransom of 75.000 euros and wants it back now.
When Nayati was kidnapped in April, his kidnappers demanded 75.000 euros ransom. According to family lawyer Nicole Six, &Samhoud paid that amount on its own initiative. No agreements have been made for that and the family would not have asked for that. The lawyer further says that the former employer seems to act out of a kind of incomprehensible resentment against her clients who financially and emotionally are already completely down.Three weeks before the kidnapping of his son Sham Moodliar would have been told by his boss at &Samhoud that he would not function in his job.Source: Omroep Brabant
