In the early hours of Sunday morning, two girls were the victims of a violent robbery on the Peter Zuidlaan in Veldhoven.
The two perpetrators approached the 21 and 27-year-old girls from Eindhoven and threatened them with a knife and taser. This took place around 02.15 am at the bicycle tunnel on the Peter Zuidlaan. A perpetrator stabbed one of the girls causing injuries. As a result, she required treatment at the hospital. The police reported that the hospital discharged her after treatment.
The perpetrators fled in the direction of Blaartemseweg. They took a red Vespa scooter with apple print and a grey bicycle from the girls. The police are looking for witnesses and have started an investigation.
Description of a perpetrator
One of the perpetrators is a man with black hair and dark eyes and approximately 1.70 meters tall. He was wearing a dark unprinted sweater, dark trousers, black knitted gloves and a blue/green handkerchief covering his mouth.
