Brainport Smart District claims to be the smartest neighbourhood. A great ambition at Brandevoort, Helmond.

An area in the middle of the Brainport region, where there is room for about 1500 houses and 12 hectares for business opportunities. An ideal place for a living lab, a testing ground where we can experience how the most modern gadgets can help residents in their daily lives.
