Yearly there are special fruit picking days in Philips Fruittuin (fruit garden). On these special days, you get to pick your own fruit. There are 3 days in September where you can harvest the fruit.

The picking you can do yourself straight from the trees in the orchard. Unfortunately, this year the apples have been affected by the apple blossom beetle and later by the larva of the codling moth. So this year there are only pears to collect.

Included in the ticket price is a bag, which can be filled with fruit. You will receive this bag on location. Should you want to pick more, you can buy an extra bag during the Pear Picking Day itself. Entry is free fo children under 8.
