Online Art Project: Remote Graffiti

May 21, 2020 @ 14:00 - 20:30

€12.10

What is the impact of our dreams on our daily lives? How are people dreaming today? Dreaming is a way to escape from reality! Sharing our dreams, bringing all of our emotions together. But what if we ‘’allow’’ dreamers to narrate their dreams in public? Let’s find out and let’s create dreams now!

Marina Provatidou attempts to be connected with the dreamers and is trying to create a dreaming project titled “Remote dreams” together, under quarantine conditions. The dreamers -like in psychoanalysis- narrate their dreams. The dreamer creates drawings -in real time- on a paper.

We can no longer hold hands, we can no longer hug, but we can create something together.

Let dreams connect us , provide us happiness and help us escape from everyday’s raw reality. Let people’s dreams, along with technology, bring us closer, and recreate human values for us to communicate, because distance has become part of our daily lives.

Process
The dreamers will be paint-depicting their personal dream. After the procedure the result will be displayed in facade buildings in Eindhoven. The dreamer may create an imaginary painting environment with painting and drawing techniques. The outcome will appear on our Remote Graffiti Facebook page.

Every Thursday you can participate in groups from 1 to 12 people.
• First group: 14.00 -15.15
• Second group: 15.15 – 16.30
• Third group: 16.45-18.00
• Fourth group: 18.00-19.15
• Fifth group: 19.15-20.30
