The Cruydenhuisch organises almost weekly social dinners, to bring all kind of different cuisines under our attention. Skilled and enthusiastic cooks show there qualities and passion for their local cuisine. As these evenings are open to the public, the entire Eindhoven region can benefit from this. Just make sure you sign up in time.

The setting is very informal, and the dinner can be in a buffet style, or served at the tables. Often the culture of the cuisine is also noticeable in the guests, so this automatically brings more of the local culture than just the food. Typically there are 3 courses. As there are many nationalities present and interesting people attending the dinners visiting and many, its recommended to socialize with the other visitors, or learn more about the different cultures.

The star of tonight’s dinner is the Indonesian kitchen, and more specific the Balinese kitchen. These recipes are passed on through generations and ended up in a book. Some of these delicious dishes are available tonight at the buffet.
