Event: ROCK ¡®N GRILL ¨C Highway Orange

Off-season?! Okay, a little bit¡ But till 9th September there will be a concert of a band on our terrace every Friday! You don¡¯t need to be hungry, because we will heat up the fire from the BBQ. On Friday 12th of August the band Highway Orange from Eindhoven will rock the crowd! BBQ from 18.00 h, live music from 20.00 h. Entrance: free.
Highway Orange is inspired by many alternative and progressive rockbands from the eighties, nineties and zero¡¯s (like U2, Porcupine Tree, Editors). Also heroes from the Dutch pop (De Dijk, Doe Maar, The Scene) are an influence. Catchy, mainly Dutch songs, pumping rhythm and stimulating guitars are the key ingredients for a dynamic sound. ¡°The Dutch lyrics-idea was a result of an experiment. After playing a few songs from Dutch bands The Scene and De Dijk we got the idea to make a ¡®translation¡¯ to our own songs. The result was a surprising turn of their own repertoire.
BBQ and beer, vitamines and cocktails¡ something for everyone during Rock ¡®n Grill! From a beefbuger, sate, shrimps and special beers, till dip vegetables with sauces, fruit salad, quinoa burger, strawberry Mojito and smoothies.
