The Eindhoven trumpet player Floris Onstwedder celebrates that he can perform again in a festive program. With a string trio, and as a special guest, art flautist Geert Chatrou.

The world champion of art flutes will perform the aria of vengeance of the Queen of the Night from Mozart’s opera ‘Die Zauberflöte’. This will all happen next Saturday in the Catharina Church in Eindhoven.

Floris Onstwedder (27) has called the concert ‘Back to Live’, breaking the silence of more than three months of inactivity. It is part of a short series he set up on his own. Both the title and the program show how happy he is to be able to play in front of an audience again. Joseph Haydn, Maurice Ravel and Sergei Prokofiev in any case pass by. But also the necessary music that still has to be a surprise. He plays the pieces with Merel Vercammen (violin), Christina Geraets Buttner (viola) and Ketevan Roinishvili (cello).
