3rd Edition Women for Women completed

November 28, 2019 @ 16:00 - 18:30

On Thursday 28 November 2019, the closing event of the third edition of the Women for Women program will take place.

The Women for Women program

For a set period of time, influential local women open up their network and mentor highly qualified international spouses. This 3-month program is designed to bring international spouses closer to the Dutch labor market.

On Thursday, 28 November, the extraordinary journeys of 16 international top talents and 16 local influencers draws to a close in a diversity and inclusion themed HR event.

This program is initiated by Expat Spouses Initiative and LivingIn Program in the city of Eindhoven with the aim to create a more inclusive region where all talents feel at home.

HR Professionals

For HR professionals a vision will be shared that not only attracts talent but also can attract and retain families with a particular focus on two-career families. In addition, they will present how dual-career friendly policies can help companies attract and retain top international talent.

Diversity and inclusion

Also influencers will be there to feature simple, practical ideas and case studies on how they build inclusive teams, companies and ecosystems for the workplace. They aim for ready-to-try suggestions for their companies.

Meet and hire

And of course the 16 (possibly several more) highly skilled international talents from this edition of Women for Women who are looking for their next professional move in the region.

For Men and Women – We are Stronger together!

The event will take place in the Blauwe Zaal at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). If you’d like to join, send an e-mail to Ed Heerschap or Expat Spouses Initiative.

Eindhoven News is media partner of Expat Spouses Initiative.
