The exit on the A50 Highway at Ekkersrijt, direction Eindhoven Centre is closed due to an accident involving a van. The van hit the crash barrier, resulting in one slightly injured person at 07:00 hrs this morning.
The exit will remain closed until it is repaired; this, according to Rijkswaterstaat, Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment. Repairs will take place later on this morning. Reason for the delay is that the company handling these repairs will be arriving from the north of the Netherlands.
