One person was killed this morning in a serious accident on the A270, the Traffic Department reported.
The accident occurred on the road between Nuenen and Helmond. A car and a truck collided. The driver of the car was fatally injured.
The road towards Helmond is completely closed. The police are conducting a crime scene investigation, to find out what happened exactly.
It is not yet clear when the road will be cleared again. Traffic is routed locally.
