Yesterday evening the new JT cinema in Eindhoven opened its doors. The cinema has the most advanced 3D sound system in the world.
This is the first cinema to combine a 360 degrees Dolby Atmos sound system with Dolby vision, optimal sight lines and special light effects. According to JT manager Ron Sterk, this all contributes to "the ultimate cinematic experience".
JT has eight cinema halls, all equipped with the unique sound system, seats over 1500 persons and has special VIP-seats. Furthermore, the seats are adjustable and designed so that the back of people’s heads in front of you will not be in sight. There is also plenty of leg space, enabling visitors to walk between the chairs without treading on other people’s toes.
