In Starman, Sven Ratzke proved that he is one of the world’s best David Bowie interpreters. He has even received personal permission from the master himself to use his songs. In his new show Where are we now, we see another side of Bowie, that of the great songwriter and poet. From Ground control to Major Tom to Look up here I’m in Heaven. Ratzke seduces you, dressed in beautiful costumes, through the almost cinematic universe of David Bowie. From character to character, from scene to scene. Together with the virtuoso pianist Christian Pabst, Sven delves into the songs from such greatness, in a stripped down setting of singer and accompanist.
