Web-Seminar | Printed Electronics Insights | Diversity in Tech

August 27, 2020 @ 16:30 - 18:00

OE-A’s (Organic and Printed Electronics Association) fourth Web-Seminar of the ‘Printed Electronics Insights’ series is in cooperation with High Tech Campus Eindhoven (HTCE). With OE-A’s initiative Women in Printed Electronics and HTCE’s Female Tech Heroes, we want to raise awareness of the benefits of diversity to the tech as well as printed electronics industry and beyond.

This web-seminar will highlight that there is still a great potential for possibilities and innovation waiting to be discovered in these industries, especially in the IoT and Healthcare sectors. The laws of economics and many studies of diversity tell us that if we tapped the entire pool of human resources and talent, our collective performance would improve.

Printed electronics and high tech also have so much potential because it does not stick to old and “rigid” concepts, but creates new, pioneering products through the cooperation of different disciplines, breaking up all thought patterns. These rigid thought patterns can best be broken by bringing together as many different points of view and impulses as possible.

It is up to us to demonstrate that diversity enables us to innovate more, better and in a healthier way.
