Strategic partners Cordian and Care IQ are combining forces to find high quality and cost effective solutions for patients and providers.
The first results of this collaboration will be presented at the Symposium ‘Intramural Innovations for Extramural Care’ on 21 May 2014 at the High Tech Campus.
Cordian and Care IQ offer consultancy, implementation services, care innovation and care products to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and providers of home care and care for the elderly and the disabled in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The companies’ cumulative experience in health care will enhance the understanding of patient and staff experiences across care pathways. The challenges faced by patients, families and care providers serve as pointers for focused care efficiency. Optimization of care processes in turn results from a customized approach to integrate process improvement, technical innovation, and capacity planning.
