The Parktheater has been nominated for ‘best theatre of The Netherlands’. The prize is awarded annually by the VVTP, the Association of Free Theatre Producers.
The theatres are all judged on various criteria, like publicity, use of modern techniques and hospitality.
The other nominated theatres are from Doetinchem, Haarlem, The Hague, Zaandam, Rijswijk and Zwolle. The award winner will be announced on 27 January 2014, at the Beatrixtheater in Utrecht.
