City bakery ‘Broodt’, located at the Smalle Haven, obtained the Skal certification this week.
This allows the bakery to use the terms “Bio” and “Biologisch” for all its breads and pastries. It also makes it the only organic bakery in Eindhoven.The Skal certification offers certainty to the consumer that an organic production process was applied and that all the bakery’s products are 100% organic. Skal is the only organic certification and inspection body in the Netherlands, assigned by the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, that issues the EKO-quality symbol.
