DEN BOSCH – ‘Dierenthuis’, an animal shelter foundation in Aarle-Rixtel, has to pay 10 Euros a day to their neighbours, starting in May this year with retroactive effect. This was decided in the Den Bosch court. The residents living across the street from the shelter are entitled to compensation for their reduced quality of life, according to the judge.
The fifteen hundred sick cats and dogs, living in the shelter located on ‘Bakelseweg’, have been a nuisance for years. For that same reason, the court decided that the foundation needed to pay an extra compensation of almost 2600 Euros covering the past two years.Source: Omroep Brabant
