Elderly man and girlfriend chase robbers

HELMOND – Last Friday evening, a 79-year-old man from Helmond became a victim of robbery at his home on ‘Theo Driessenhof’. Around 9:15 p.m., two men rang the doorbell, so the elderly man thought they were visitors.

The robbers entered the home and started shouting, asking for money and bank cards. They also threatened the man’s 64-year-old girlfriend with a fire-arm or something that looked like one. She was not impressed with their action and managed to make the men leave the home without stealing anything.Source: http://eindhoven.dichtbij.nl/112/bejaarde-helmonder-en-vriendin-jagen-overvallers-weg-fotos
