According to Frericks, Eindhoven already has an environment similar to Silicon Valley, supported by semiconductor suppliers ASML and NXP, the Dutch counterparts of Hewlett-Packard and Intel.
Frericks the founder of HighTechXL, a global high-tech hardware accelerator based in Eindhoven is one among the Dutch entrepreneurs who focused on inspiring Eindhoven’s profile as high tech capital of the world.
Frericks’ mission is to first focus on the most capable startups in the world, then use their achievement as accelerator to build Eindhoven’s brand.
The successful growth of independent young tech companies will help in building Eindhoven’s brand.
