Brainport Smart District is developing a new residential area at Brandevoort, Helmond. The latest technologies and idea’s will be implemented, but they need you to help design it.
There will be a residents’ meeting on 8 November at 19:30h (ends 22:00h) at the Carolus Borromeus College, Markesingel 2, Helmond.
We are acting on new trends in the Next Level Neighbourhood, for example on innovative sustainable homes, the sharing economy, new forms of care and (electric) transport into and from the neighbourhood. We prefer sharing over individual ownership. How do you feel about this? We want a close-knit community in which everyone can feel welcome and safe, without being pressurised into anything.
Brainport Smart District wants to be a breeding ground for tomorrow’s society. They like to create a neighbourhood which is smarter, better, more beautiful, more secure, more durable and more social. What does that look like? Who lives there? What houses we build, how we move, how do we live together?
